Famous and Fabulous

Many are familiar with the lovely Zooey Deschanel- a well known singer and actress who has starred in Elf, Yes Man, and (500) Days of Summer. 

Well ladies and gentlemen, just like us, she also has a gluten intolerance. 

It is comforting to know celebrities (and public figures) such as Elisabeth Hasslebeck, Emmy Rossum, and Heidi Collins are also facing the same challenges we face every day. And hopefully they will help to bring awareness to Celiac Disease and Gluten Sensitivity. 

As cliche as this sounds, just remember, you are not alone.
